upstairs in
Mattie's at
The Shelby Inn
and is a
charming 2-story,
l900's farmhouse.
This 2300 sq.
ft.
farmhouse has 2 large bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with whirlpool tub
upstairs. The home has
ceiling fans throughout and central heat and air for the unpredictable
Texas weather. The large
living area has big comfy furniture to relax on to read or watch a large
television. A TIVO and a DVD player with a variety of DVD’s to select from
is available.
There are
two bedrooms upstairs
In Mattie’s Suite with
2 queen-size beds each and
one full bath. The upstairs bathroom has been recently
renovated with 2 antique sliding doors to uniquely open and make the bath
and dressing room one large room. The linens on each bed are wonderful
high thread count linens. Guests can enjoy lovely towels and soaps during
their stay.
Guests can enjoy the new
beautiful gardens and
walkways that gracefully
wind through out the
grounds of
The Shelby Inn.
Beginning out the back
porch at
Mattie’s
Homestead,
guests can relax and view the colorful perennial flowers.
For breakfast, The Shelby Inn
offers
a county breakfast prepared
in the newly
renovated open kitchen.
Mattie’s
Suiteis a
non-smoking
environment. A
maximum
of $400
for 4 people.
Additional guests are $50.00 per person.
*Full occupancy is expected during the antique shows so the higher rate
of $600/night will apply for 1 to 8 guests.
