Cancellation Policy

A deposit of half of your stay amount is required to confirm your reservation. This amount is refundable up to one month prior to stay with the $50 cancellation fee and less than 30 days it is nonrefundable. The deposit is non-refundable for cancellation made less than one month prior to your reservation.

Occupancy Per House

• Mattie’s House $600/night max occupancy 8

• The Carriage House $150/night max occupancy 2

• Henry’s House $150-$350/night max. occupancy 6

• The Shelby School House $150-$250/night max occupancy 4

• Sadie's suite $400/night max occupancy 6

• Bailey's suite $400/night max occupancy 6

Maximum occupancy is expected during the antique fairs in March/April and September/October so the higher prices quoted will apply.

Additional guests are $50 per person

The Shelby is a non-smoking facility.

No pets please.

Check-in is between 4-6 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
